DesignCalcs Improvement Priorities

With our development philosophy of continuous and transparent improvement, we have prioritized all our planned improvements to DesignCalcs for the next several months below (ASME Code and otherwise in priority order). These improvements and their order are based on our estimate of how many customers they would affect, how long the improvement would take to complete, and the nature/importance of the change. This list will allow us to keep you up to date on our plans and help us adjust them if we’ve made any errors in setting our priorities.

April is National Welding Month

Check out this video from the American Welding Society that celebrates the variety of welding careers available.

Here at CEI, we are always looking for ways to better serve our welding customers. Members of our staff are active on code committees and attend local AWS gatherings. We talk to our customers, but, more importantly, we listen. Many of the features available in our software today are the result of customer feedback.

CEI on Wear Red Day 2012

We entered this photo in the American Heart Association - Kansas City's Go Red photo contest. As you likely guessed from the title of the post, we won!

Accepting our prize from the AHA-KC

Kasey and Ciara from the AHA-KC made a surprise visit to our office to deliver our prize - a Wii and a couple of sports games to get us started on our path to fitness.

CEI is participating in Wear Red Day, an American Heart Association event.  To kick off National Heart Month (February) we’re rolling out our red in the office and online.
